• Wharton Equity Partners invests in a variety of sectors including residential and commercial real estate, biotech, energy, and other commercial enterprises

Over the years, a key element contributing to the success of Wharton Equity Partners has been the ability of its principals to leverage their extensive relationships in securing opportunities not readily available in the investment community. Access to these types of transactions is critical as they provide the greatest returns while mitigating risk. As Wharton Equity Partners continues to flourish, and its network expands, the breadth of the firm's capabilities now place it at the forefront of firms focused on alternative investment opportunities.
